The first phone call.

A short conversation with our treatment coordinator. We ask what's prompted you to get in touch, what you've tried before, and whether dental implants are a plausible direction. If not, we say so.

  • You describe your situation in your own words — no clinical vocabulary required
  • We ask roughly three questions to confirm suitability
  • We book a 45-minute consultation, typically within the same week
  • A confirmation email arrives with the practice address, parking, and what to bring

The CBCT scan and the clinical opinion.

Meet Dr William Bonab, who leads diagnostics. A thorough oral examination, a low-dose 3D CBCT scan, and a considered opinion given in plain language. This is the appointment where you learn what's actually possible for your case — and the restorative plan is drawn up jointly with Dr Sharry.

Your written treatment plan arrives.

A sequenced, fixed-price plan delivered by email and post. Read it, sleep on it, discuss it with family. We don't ask for a decision in the consultation room — we ask for one after you've had time to think.

  • Clinical rationale for each step, in non-technical language
  • Fixed-price fee broken down by appointment
  • Finance options pre-calculated for your case
  • A call scheduled for one week later to answer any follow-up questions

Osseointegration — the bone grows around the titanium.

Healing happens in the background. We see you at one week (wound check), six weeks (provisional adjustment), and twelve weeks (integration assessment). The provisional teeth are adjusted as the soft tissue settles.

  • Hygienist appointment included — cleaning around the provisional
  • Imaging at twelve weeks to confirm integration
  • Diet returning to near-normal by week four in most cases
